Miso Ramen is tucked upstairs in the commercial side of Trump Tower. I didn't realize this until I was already there and hungry for ramen. It's on the first level food court style but a better restaurant feel. I was greeted warmly and asked to sit outside. The server explained their menu which you can select to customize your meal. There were only two kinds of broth, meat and veggies but many other toppings. He also recommended spicy toppings which definitely helped bring the flavor. One disappointing factor was their meat selection. They are all cold cuts style. So roasted beef was not as expected although it was tender. Noodles were good and broth enhanced by the chili oil and sesame. This isn't Japan quality by any means but it was good value with great service. It also beats TAS ramen hands down. read more
