I had a great experience picking out my wedding dress. I saw Miss Ruby at a bridal show, and booked my appointment there which allowed me to get the Signature Plus Experience (which comes with bubbly and a few snacks) without the fee! Even without that, the experience was great. My bridal consultant was so sweet and helpful and not pushy. I felt comfortable the entire experience. I had other bridal appointments later in the day, but I cancelled them because I found my dress at Miss Ruby. I felt that they had a good collection, understood my vision well, and had fair prices.
