I've been to the one in Denver but this location just opened in May 2025. It's got an Amazon jungle vibe and an inviting decor. There's light Latin music playing in the background. Our waitress Roz was so nice! We ordered the mini queso and gordo crunch tacos as appetizers. Both were delicious! For our lunch, we get the mahi mahi tacos and the tuna agua chile. For dessert, we got the churros and mango sorbet. My friend who's from Peru mentioned the tuna agua chile reminded of her of back home. We were both delighted with the overall taste of everything! I actually didn't like think I would like the mango sorbet but it surprised me...it was sweet and tangy at the same time with some crumbled shavings that added a slight crunch.
