Stopped in to buy a snack for my train trip from High Point. This store clearly cares only about tobacco products, and was cramped with poor selection and stock throughout, except behind the counter which hosted extensive varieties of chew, cigarettes and cigars. I had to ask if they had bag of trail mix and they showed me where to look-- and there was only one lonely bag. Sadly, it was 6:30am and I wasn't in red flag mode, so I didn't think to check the expiration date on the bag. Only hours late on the train did I discover this bag has been sitting on the rack for well over a year--I bought it 13 months after it had expired. I tried calling the number here but there was no answer so I am now without an edible snack and my money. I would like a refund and a promise to review all products for expiration on a regular basis.
