I noticed when I got my phone back that the screen stuck out above the phone. Also, my iPhone warned me it wasn't a genuine Apple part. I thought, "I'll complain when I come back from my trip to visit my parents for Christmas" However, the phone just completely bricked soon thereafter after getting a very small amount of water on it - which wouldn't have even remotely been an issue if the proper screen was put on. Now I'm stuck with a paperweight and I had to buy a new phone two days before I was travelling back home. I mean, I did get a screen and it worked for a bit, but the work compromised the phone and left is vulnerable. read more
