I was craving Mochinut and chose this location over Lynnwood. When I arrived, there was only one staff member and no customers. It was my first time at this location, and unfortunately, it didn't leave a good impression.
Some of the tables were dirty with trash left on them, and the overall place felt poorly maintained. The floors were sticky in many areas, and even the kids' play/toy section had sticky and broken items, which was disappointing. Most of the signs were turned off, giving the place an unwelcoming feel. It honestly seemed like the location wasn't being well taken care of.
As for the mochinut itself, it tasted more floury than the usual chewy and airy texture I expect. The icing was also too thick and overly sweet, unlike other locations where it's more balanced.
Overall, not a great experience compared to other Mochinut locations. read more
