First time here. Took my dad for a consultation. Dr. Shakfeh went over and beyond on his service. It has been a long time since I have had such excellent customer service from an MD and what a great first impression - same goes for the staff at the front (and back). A couple of other things that I liked: * Forms to be filled are electronic via tablet. Took less than a fraction of the time to fill that out as opposed to the traditional paper forms. * In Dr. Shakfeh's office, there was a ~30" touchscreen monitor that Dr. Shakfeh was able to pull up 3D illustrations to explain everything - I thought that was brilliant. You don't even have to understand the language, and you would have a clearer idea of what he is explaining about. * Everything was explained clearly. All questions and concerns were answered to my satisfaction. The use of technology to aid in the process - both the sign-in and the consultation - was very welcomed by me. A large number of medical facilities seemed to stick to traditional means of doing things, but I'm glad this was a step in the right direction of moving pass that. TIP: We initially went to the wrong section of the building: 9170 rather than 9140. A bit of a strange building layout, so just keep an eye out for that. read more
