The ambiance is very modern and colourful. Service from calling to make a reservation to arrival was so friendly and polite. The waiter was very attentive and made sure we had enough napkins. The signature seasonal tasting menu, each person can choose three items from the menu. Tonight there is a choice of Canapés (two sashimi, one tartelette), East Coast Lobster, Tamaki rice (snow crab, A5 Wagyu, shiitake mushroom, miso black cod, beef. I've selected the east coast lobster, Tamaki rice, miso black cod. The miso black was delicious and very nicely presented. The wagyu beef taco was tasty, a little cold but still flavourful. The scallop tataki is weekend only, beautifully presented. The garlic butter shrimp was tasty and you can order by pieces. The sashimi was fresh, the tuna sashimi was still kind of frozen.
