I only give it a three as to the fact we have never had Mohawk Vinal wood flooring in any home before. We thought that using a local company would be the best option in order to keep up their reputation, but not really sure they actually care about that. Once the flooring, that took approximately five days for 800 sqft), we were excited and happy with the overall look. However; there were no instructions on how to clean the flooring, nor did they mention if we needed to get the baseboards installed within a certain amount of time..... nothing!!! We were left with a nice looking floor that we had no idea how to care for it, and the installation guy used MY own towel I had hanging in the bathroom, to dry our hands off when needed, to clean off the residue from some type of glue/floor adhesive!! IDK!! I just feel that they could have taken better care of our needs to prepare for how the flooring needs to be taken care of once it was installed. This was installed in a mobile home, so I suspect that they feel that it wasn't worth the $6000 we paid to be installed for a mobile home, and we were on our own once it was was finished. We think it was worth the price as Lowe's wasn't really any cheaper, so we decided local was best. read more
