After my meal at the Italian Bowl my partner and I were walking down King Street and a display in the store caught my eye. The display had a number of small toy figures ... and they were made out of paper (very cool). Looking around the store we saw different kinds of illustrated clothing, accessories, homeware and jewelry. The graphic tees had some great designs (like an angry Mickey Mouse, a series of cassette tape illustrations and a half panda half robot design). The style is very artsy meets hipster with a dash of streetwear. After talking with the young lady who worked there I found out that they showcase the work of different artists (from all over the world) by putting their artwork on various mediums (such as graphic tees, bags and mugs). It's a great concept and cool store. I'll make sure to try and pull off the Panda robot shirt without looking like too much of a poseur. read more
