Damaged Vehicle and Poor Service.
I brought my 2024 BMW M2 to Jerry Graham on August 18th for a front bumper replacement.
The car was initially scheduled to be ready by September 5th. Without any communication from the shop, I called and was told the new pickup date was September 9th. On the 9th, the car still wasn't ready. When I called again on the 10th, they claimed they had an appointment to calibrate the car at BMW of Monterey. A quick call to the dealership confirmed no such appointment existed. After I confronted Jerry Graham with this information, they immediately took the car to BMW.
Upon picking up the car, I discovered a long list of new issues and damage:
* The new front bumper is a different shade than the rest of the car and does not close properly.
* There is overspray on the side mirrors and all over the new bumper.
* The rubber gasket is not aligned correctly.
* The driver-side door is scratched, and the entire car's ceramic coating has been removed.
* The paint near the grills is abrasive to the touch.
In addition to the physical damage, the shop unplugged my dashcam and drove the car, achieving a dismal 6.8 MPG, which was recorded by my car's system. My car was also driven to an area near the Monterey airport.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, the dishonesty regarding the repair process, and the extensive damage my car sustained while in their care. read more
