A visit to Jackman would not be complete without a stop at Moose river lodge. Make your reservations ahead of time because it's a small staff and every dish is homemade and made to order. If you don't make a reservation it may be a few minutes wait but the wait is 100% worth it ! The seafood lasagna (scallops, shrimp and lobster ) with homemade noodles that takes 3 hrs of prep is not to be missed. My son who loves scallops said they were the best scallops he has had to date . The salmon with Papa Steve's Maple Marinade is not to be missed. My husband even bought a jar of this finger licking marinade.
