When I first arrived, there was no one at the front register, though I could hear staff talking in the back. A staff member eventually came out, but she returned to the back without greeting me or asking if I needed assistance, despite seeing me looking at the menu. I almost left, but I managed to get her attention and place my order. While the initial customer service was lacking, the food was excellent. Both the coconut and Kona coffee flavors were delicious, and the peanut brittle was a great addition that provided a nice crunch. read more
