Great customer service, and had the hard-to-find item I needed. I was in depressed need of a carrara marble threshold 4" wide by at least 41" in length as a transition piece from my wood flooring to the new kitchen tile flooring. All the other stores in the area only stock 4"x36" or 6"x60" or 72" (Floor&Decor, The Tile Shop, Home Depot). I found a place that would go custom size, but they needed a week to do it. I literally needed "now," and couldn't wait without delaying the flooring installation. When I called Mosaic, the customer service representative listened and said they had just what I needed. Since I live just 2-3 miles away I went immediately. Upon my arrive I simply introduced myself and was presented the threshold I needed--4"x48".
