I really wanted to support a local business, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I was told my custom grill would take 6-8 weeks to build -- instead, it took nearly 4 1/2 months. I even asked for a refund because of the long delay but was told to keep waiting. When I finally received the grill, the quality didn't match what I expected or paid for. The materials are low-grade, and the barrels are not attached directly to the frame in a way this feels rushed and poorly done. After waiting that long, it's frustrating to end up with something that looks and feels unfinished.
