Came here three times in the last three days and today was terrible! I ordered the matcha latte with honey cardamon the last three times and the first two were great, for $6.25 I hope it is :). Well today I left disappointed and frustrated. I ordered a 16oz bees matcha latte and it was terrible, chalky and chunky! When I told the two young ladies they blamed the cardamon, even though I've had it twice. They didn't offer to remake it instead wanted to charge me for another. After paying almost $7 I didn't want to pay for another one, plus I ordered two other coffees so it was pricey. I asked for a cup of ice to pour the matcha latte in hoping that would help, nope. I finally asked if she could remake an ice latte with honey and toss the matcha (I felt so Awkward asking). She seemed annoyed but made me a different coffee (I hate feeling like I am being difficult). Frustrated that she handed me a 12oz drink (even though I paid for a 16oz), I felt robbed. I said nothing because I didn't want to be annoying and honestly I feel it was done on purpose. I was so frustrated with my experience :( and to make it worse it was nothing but milk and honey making it so incredibly sweet!
