Loved this experience. Seamless online appointment booking, very communicative staff, and a really cute space. They are no-nonsense about your nails and do a very quality job. I barely noticed the drill when my old gel polish was being removed and you get a nice beverage while you ware having nails done. So you know what to expect, you walk in and they ask you to first Choose your nail color, then they guide you to your spot. You get asked what beverage you might like from the menu (I'm trying the Vietnamese coffee next time) and they set to work. I'm not a chatty client during nails and my nail person was super focused on the work, which I appreciate two-fold. The location - I didn't realize the nail salon was there so for those of you going for the first time and aren't sure where it is, it is in the same mall strip as the Grocery Outlet.
