I had been a fan of Mr. An's Japanese restaurant for years, until a new, young male manager took charge . I ask to only have onions with my chicken teriyaki (onion is very cheap compared to broccoli, mushrooms, carrots...) but he charges me $5 dollars EXTRA to only have onion. He also refuses to allow the chef to cook the seafood after the steak or chicken (do not like seafood and don't want seafood taste added to chicken/steak/vegetables from a spatula used to cook seafood), but he refused that even though it had no impact on other guests to have seafood cooked after the other items. Terrible service and will never go there again, only because of manager's rude demeanor. There is NO reason for the manager to act like this and he is losing many customers. read more
