This was my second time there! This time I went there with a coworker for lunch! Their customer service and interactions with customers are great! The staff are friendly and helpful and take their time to assure your good experience! The food is delicious and based on my colleague's judgement, it's exactly what you get in Shanghai! The place is designed and decorated nicely and beside the broken door at the entrance, the rest of it is nice and cozy!
