The restaurant is beautiful inside, two story and has both food counter and gelato on the first floor and sit down dining room on the second. The decor stands out and it's very clean. We stopped for lunch after dance competition across the street, because my daughter saw the outside and begged me to go there. It was overall a pleasant experience. My daughter got a rice bowl and I got a lamb kebab in a lavash wrap. Her food was ready right away, while I had to wait solid 10 minutes for mine, not very convenient. We both enjoyed our meals. One thing I wish was better was service from the counter person. He didn't smile or offer any suggestions, and overall didn't seem very friendly. Maybe that's the way of doing things in the Arabic world, but here in Stamford CT we expect hospitality. The lady selling gelato was very friendly and I could tell she was happy to be there. read more
