I contacted Josh to clean my elderly mother's gutters and downspouts. I received an estimate of $175. I asked to schedule a time as I am only there 1-2 days a week and did not want her to be alarmed with unannounced workers on the roof. He said, "You do not have to be there." I reiterated that I wanted to be there, got the same reply. An employee showed up, no message to me, and did the work. When I went to the house to do yard work, I noticed piles of debris by each downspout. I thought it was just residual waste, as they should have been flushed. No. I banged on each and tons of debris flowed out. They did not clean the downspouts at all and makes me doubt the thoroughness of the gutter cleaning as well. The work was shoddy and incomplete. I contacted Josh, who was responsive, but replied that it must have been the "new" hire. Well, sorry but your business's reputation in this review is a reflection of the improper training and expectations of job duties of your crew. Sending a new hire out alone without supervision to clients is a lose, lose. Now I know why they don't want someone there to watch the work in progress. I will never hire them again. read more
