WARNING - Do NOT buy a Groupon Rug Cleaning voucher from Mr. Know It All. I purchased my Groupon in the summer knowing I had until November to redeem my voucher for rug cleaning. I left several messages with no return call (ever!). Not only did Mr. Know It All redeem my Groupon voucher at the end of September, he did it again at the end of October!! I've never even spoken to him!! I called Groupon the beginning of October and explained the error. Customer Service reinstated the voucher (no problem). I called today to ask for a refund and they are currently working on this. I explained this is bad business for Groupon and he should be penalized for what he puts their customers through (in addition to being a dishonest businessman).
