I had 5 knives that needed some TLC and they were returned in even better condition than new. Before finding Mr. Sharp, my knives were chipped, bent, off-balance, etc and it wasn't tolerable anymore. I couldn't even cut an apple anymore. He put in some serious work and got them to where they should be and even better. I had two Japanese knives and 3 standard chefs knives (JA henckels, Chicago cutlery). I never thought I'd enjoy cutting with the Chicago cutlery as much as I enjoy the Japanese knives but that's how nicely he made them! I also got some great advice on upkeep, including adjusting some of my cutting habits and knife storage. Everything was returned nicely wrapped and in a timely manner ! Super responsive and great value. Will only be using him for sharpening going forward. read more
