We had the most delicious meal at the Summerlin location of Mr Tequila!! The ambience was vibrant, spacious, and very on-theme. We were amazed at how stunning the restaurant was. Here's what we ordered: ~Modelo ~Guacamole with crispy pork belly bites. This is one of the best appetizers I've ever had anywhere. The pork is so thick, has a crispy outside, and the fat just melts in your mouth. The guacamole is super chunky and fresh. This is a MUST ORDER! ~Cowboy steak- Bone-In ribeye served on a hot Skillet with rice beans, guacamole, jalapeno with bacon, cactus, grilled queso fresco, a slice of tomato, tortillas,and radishes. This was one of the juiciest and most flavorful ribeyes I've ever had. The seasoning was immaculate. I also loved the grilled queso fresco on top. This steak was a perfect 10/10 and another MUST ORDER. And it came with so many sides! ~Quesabirrias- Three soft corn tacos filled with barbacoa, cheese, cilantro and onions. Served with a side of rice, grilled jalapenos, onions and radishes. These were so yummy! ~Fajitas Texanas-steak, shrimp, and chicken with tomatoes, onions and bell peppers and served on a sizzling hot skillet. Served with rice, beans, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and tortillas ~Fried Chimichanga- Flour tortilla deep fried filled with shredded beef, cheese dip, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacamole with beans and rice.
