they definitely don't deserve even 1 star. This company is garbage. I can't begin to tell you the number of times they have left my mother stranded. Leaving me to foot the bill from another state to schedule her a Lyft or Uber. It's unreliable! I have reached out SO MANY times to a CEO that has no idea how to handle the issue. Have heard 0 solutions to make sure this doesn't continue to happen. My mother goes to dialysis - which is LIFE SUSTAINING CARE, and there has been MANY occasions there's no one there to even pick her up. They have outsourced it to poor 3rd parties who refuse to even get out of the car to load or unload my mothers walker. APPALLING. UNRELIABLE. NEGLIGENT. everyone needs to file formal complaints and make this company responsible for their failures, negligence at its finest. also, britney is RUDE on top of providing the poorest Service. Failure company. how are they even in business unless they're committing fraud with claiming they provide service when they don't. Someone also said the CEO should look into it- I've contacted her directly- she is as bad as the entire company and probably is a significant factor in why they are so terrible.
