Murabella is a really beautiful community! The frontage, Amenity Center and community common areas are done in a Tuscan theme. What really is spectacular is the Amenity Center right at the entrance to the community. Wow! The building has a lovely fountain and wrought iron accents, but the inside houses a Murabella resident's dream pool! I was so impressed! There is a tower that has a great waterslide, a section of the pool has an umbrella-like structure that spews water for the kids to run under and through, there is a great section of the pool to do laps, even the lifeguard chair looks sharp. There is a small little exercise room in the Amenity Center as well. Adjacent to this little water wonderland, there are a couple of playgrounds for the kids, soccer fields and a nice looking basketball court. A lot for everyone to do here it seems!
The houses are relatively large and the common grounds look pristine. The only negative is that there is not a lot of maturity to the resident landscaping yet as this is a relatively new community. Another wonderful plus about this location is that it is sooo quiet. This location is not encumbered by encroaching businesses just yet as is most of the World Golf Village area. Big plus in my book!
Even though the homes look a little naked today, I still love the energy and look of this neighborhood a lot!! Summertime seems to be the time for transition, so if you're looking in this area I suggest giving Murabella a peek. read more
