The menu offers Japanese curry rice plates (white or brown rice, no extra charge), lunch sets for non-curry dishes, and terriyaki rice bowls. Nice selection of beverages, including Calpico's.
Pretty solid Japanese curry and chicken katsu. Service is still pretty flakey, but I'll overlook this since they've just opened. Portions are big for the curry plates. The "don" bowls (rice bowls with chicken, pork, etc.) are on the small side, it seems, from my looking at other tables. Prices range from $9-12, and they do allow splitting bills and accepts credit cards.
