I've been going to Margie for almost a year now. She does an amazing job with my nails, every time. No chips or lifts even after 5-6 weeks. Anything you want done, she can somehow replicate! Yes, there are a few rules to follow: first time deposit, no calling, be on time. But these are just rules that she has implemented to ensure that each client has a good experience, and that everything runs smoothly. Margie has equally stringent rules for herself. She's 100% dedicated to her work and the client she is with. She's an absolute perfectionist--if it's not up to her standards she will fix it. I've been to many salons. The other places have had poor customer service (rude, distracted/talks on their phone during an appointment, etc), 1+ hour wait time even with an appointment, poor nail tech abilities, etc. You won't find these issues with Margie, which is why I keep on coming back.
