Worst manicure ever! Didn't clean under my nails! The roughest it hurt. She used the file on the skin around my nails. I had had a manicure two weeks before so they were not in bad shape. I asked for alight filing with same shape and she filed way too much nail length off! I tried to stop her but once 2 were done it was moot point. She was rough buffing my nails and did stay to the nails, just went a cross roughing the skin all around my nails. It actually hurt. They are red all round ny nails. She pulled really hard on the cuticles. No one has ever done that before and never told me to wash my hands, just put a bit of lotion on my hands not arms and rubbed the grit in. She pulled hard when cutting the cuticles. the rough cuticle cutting hurt as well. Not sure if her cuticle scissors were not sharp or what. I don't like that nails weren't cleaned. It was obvious that she wasn't going to do anything different. Maybe she didn't like tourists. I just wanted out. Good luck read more
