Nan King is an unassuming restaurant in an equally unassuming shopping plaza.
Walking in, the first thing that I noticed was that it was hot in here. I don't think they have air conditioning (or maybe it was broke), but it was hotter in here than it was outside. With that being said, you might want to get it as takeout.
I went with their fried rice and their lo mein. Both were good, but not great. The shrimp in both the lo mein and the fried rice combination was a bit strong tasting and overcooked.
It was good, but not great. Pricing is okay. Service was friendly, but I don't think she understood everything I was saying.
Nan King is okay. I debated between three and four stars, but with the friendly service, I will upgrade it to four stars. read more
