Our expectations were high and Captain Kamua far exceeded them! A wonderful day-and a trip to Kaua'i is not complete without this tour. If you want to support small business, while getting an amazing experience this is the tour for you! Leaving from Kikiaola Harbor was great-the views were magnificent the whole way and the return trip being shorter than to Port Allen meant more time on the west. Multiple stops with tons of spinner dolphins-lots of acrobatics from the dolphins, info from Captain Kamua, and time to enjoy the beauty of the the large groups of dolphins. Also spotted multiple turtles and flying fish. In the (I'm assuming) max 6 passenger boat we were able to go into queen's bath, as well as a couple of caves. Pictures cannot do any of these spaces their full justice. Beautiful views the whole way, as expected. The cathedral was breathtaking. Captain Kamua provided great history of the area and various communities who lived here-including his ancestors. Stopped for snorkeling and lunch-my husband saw a turtle while snorkeling, I observed several beautiful fish on the reef. Overall an unforgettable experience full of beauty and information about some amazing history. read more
