I went in for a tummy tuck and a breast procedure. I originally wanted a breast lift, but Dr. Nair insisted I needed a reduction, even though other board-certified surgeons told me a lift alone was fine. I felt pressured into agreeing, and the results were very disappointing. I was left with bad scarring, uneven nipples (higher than normal) and constant pain. After surgery, the office ignored my calls for months. When I finally reached them, I was pressured into paying a nonrefundable revision fee and told I had to pay within a day or two, even though I asked for more time to decide. Hoping the damage could be fixed, I paid the fee, but I later realized I had made a mistake. I have now lost that money, and my results remain poor. In total, I spent over $14,400 and deeply regret trusting him. I also learned I was not alone. I came across a patient support group online with many others who had similar or worse outcomes. On the day of my surgery, another patient and I were scheduled in the same time frame, which raised serious concerns about how Dr. Nair could perform both procedures safely I honestly feel his assistant does most of the work but clearly Nair does not care about taking the blame as long as $ is involved, the staff is no better. Literally no different than all of the other chop shops in Miami just clean. Based on my experience and what I have learned from others, I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. read more
