Neat little neighborhood park. It consists of two islands in a sea of strange riverside/avondale streets. The one right against park has the majority of care put into it. There is a bench, a picnic table, and some serious gardening. All the plants have labels, which is educational and cool. The other island is mostly grass and chopped down or unruly plants, not as much love. Lots of room for improvement, still a somewhat zen spot in spite of the street noise. Worth checking out for the park or plant aficionado. read more
