I'm not sure where anything short of a 5 star rating has come from. I've made NDZ my primary source for all Glock components as I just enjoy building for myself, friends, and family. Out of at least 6 orders since I started purchasing from them several months ago, most of which being numerous parts, NDZ has been nothing but consistent and has actually gone the extra mile to ensure that they are doing right by their customers. Email responses are faster than any manufacturer I've dealt with prior, and out of more parts than I can count and numerous orders, NDZ has been nothing short of perfect. Below you will see a packing slip that is written on by hand by an American who took the time to check every single order for accuracy and completion. Not to mention they accomplish that every time within 1-2 business days at the most, often same day. Their inventory has always been correct and even had multiple options, and the quality of their parts has not failed through thousands of rounds through different builds. Every one of my orders shipped within 2 business days and was validated by an American in Connecticut. I cannot speak to whomever has had a negative experience, however I have had too many positive ones to not speak out to how they have conducted their business with me. The staff there is happy to give guidance and help any way they can. Probably should mention that all of this is accomplished while still keeping pricing at or below industry standard. I will not be taking my business elsewhere for the foreseeable future for the products I order from them because they have proven they will not let me down and care about every single customer. I guarantee you if you place an order with them you will see the same experience as I am just a random guy that placed an order and kept coming back.
