At first, I loved this place. Shant was very welcoming and helped me with my needs. However, I'm giving this place a 1 star because of their follow up poilicy. According to them, a follow up is no more than 15 minutes (or else you would be charged more for your time) if I knew that, I wouldn't waste my time in my room talking about an actor that shant saw in the office, this has nothing to do with my current health! They take advantage of the clients, this medical place needs to let their cleints know how long follow ups are and if we are in there for longer than 15 minutes they should let us know in the room if we'd like to go into overtime. Do not come to this location, if you do, be prepared for a lot of hidden fees. I'm very disappointed, I won't be coming back! The photo below displays the extra $80 that I had to pay because I was in the room past my 15 minutes follow up that no one told me about. Also, let me just say that during this appointment I had to wait for over an hour to get into my appointment. Really upset! read more
