I have been dying to come here for about a year and when I finally went, it was a beautiful shop. I have a Russian background so I thoroughly appreciated all they had to offer here. Beautiful dolls and other Russian knick-knacks flooded the walls. Then in the back room there were books, artwork, cultural clothing, dolls, so much from other countries besides Eastern European.
The owners were very friendly, as I spoke with them about the Russian heritage they had such interesting stories to tell. Unfortunately they are only open on the weekends and are closed during the winter, but it makes sense for a small business such as theirs. When we purchased our dolls, she wrapped them up in cute little flannel pockets with ribbon, cute personal touch. Take the time to walk around and look at everything this shop has to offer, we spent an hour and didn't even get to look at everything closely. read more
