Reached out for the installation of two outlets and three ceiling fans, as this company is the point of contact to maintain the warranty on a new construction home I purchased. The electrician missed scheduled appointments, was a no-show/no-call, rescheduled several times after the missed appointment, and rescheduled a day prior to the appointment.
Of the three ceiling fan installations, none are working correctly.
One of them has a horrible rattling/clicking sound when used at anything above the lowest speed. The electrician came by for a second appointment (after rescheduling it twice and no-showing his given appointment time) and was unable to address the issue. One of the fan rings was not properly secured and was loose upon completion of installation. Although I fixed the loose ring myself, it did not resolve the issue.
The second fan appeared to be working when he left for the first installation, but it cannot be operated with the fan and light at the same time, as it auto-shuts off after 2 minutes of operation, and the speed of the fan cannot be adjusted. While this may be an issue with the fan itself, and not the electricians' setup, he did not perform any basic diligence to ensure everything was operating as expected before leaving.
The third ceiling fan has an occasional flicker or power outage; the reason is undetermined. Whether or not this is related to the product or the installation is unknown, but seeing the quality of the rest of the electrician's work, it leads me to believe it could be installation-related.
Highly unprofessional with the constant missed appointments and quality of service.
