I recently hired newZone to repair the carpet on my stairs in my residence. The company was responsive and provided an estimate that was in line with the final costs. The technician/worker was very courteous and wore a mask the entire time. He was very methodical in the work and constantly cleaning. He even cleaned up original construction dirt under the carpet and padding and was careful to remove all staples as well. They used my original carpet and padding left over for original install.
