Norbert of Crystal Shield Clear Bra Paint Protection, did an awesome job on our PPF install (see review). Norbert referred me to Brian because I wanted the car to be ceramic coated. He told me that Brian is the best, and that he refers all his clients to Brian for car detailing and ceramic coating installation. I really trusted Norbert, especially because he did such a great job with the PPF install. Brian is a bit of a secret, so all his work is always referred to him through word of mouth. I contacted Brian and he promptly responded. He was very thorough in the explanation of his services, as well as how he can assist in keeping the PPF and ceramic coating in good condition. He explained the ceramic coating process and asked me if I had questions. His pricing was great compared to what others were charging. The install was rescheduled due to rain. What really impressed me, was just how professional and meticulous Brian is in guaranteeing the quality of his work. For example, he explained how different weather factors can play a role in how the ceramic coating cures. He explained that due to the rain and cold temperature (and it was really cold and wet that day), it would be difficult to maintain the ideal temperature to help the ceramic coating cures, even with heaters. Brian was really looking out for us. The next day, we dropped the car off early in the morning. He showed us the coating he would be applying. Throughout the day, he would text me pictures of the car and share updates on the progress. I really appreciated it. The car was finished that same day and it was so clean, shiny, and smooth. He even cleaned the inside of the car and windows as a courtesy. I asked about how he got the windows so clean, and he gave me a small bottle of the cleaner he uses. How nice is that? He went over the importance of maintaining the coating, which with proper maintenance, should last 3 years. Overall, I was very happy with work and will be using Brian's services again. He's also mobile too, so he is always willing to drive out to do the work. He's a great communicator, reliable, and a great, respectable person. read more
