Our area over the last little while has become a spot for great Vietnamese food in Munich and, this place is another addition to my repertoire now. Great food, good service and nice location. Up and down Isabellastr, you will find some great places to eat and drink including some of my favourites in Munich. I have walked by this place numerous times and always wanted to try it. We finally decided to give it a go with some friends.
The menu is extensive and there is plenty of choices for vegetarians. The prices are a bit more on the expensive side however, lower than the most popular Vietnamese restaurant in the area. They have many classical dishes on the menu. I decided to have the roll your own with beef and prawn (124). The quality of the meat was superb and the herbs used were fresh. I loved my food and the flavours were excellent. The others also enjoyed their meals. Ask for their scharf chili sauce when there, it's divine :-) The dessert of black sesame and green tea eis was also great.
Staff are friendly and attentive here and the food was quick to arrive. It was fairly busy but it did not feel cramped. There is plenty of seating outside and in and it's fairly quiet around this area. Nice white tablecloth and cutlery and well dressed waiters. I am really glad I finally tried this place. Definitely come back again for good Vietnamese a short distance from home :-)) read more
