I needed this meal. This was everything I'd hoped for. I was in desperate need of a nice bowl of pasta with the Italian tomatoes. Coming from the US, I wasn't super hungry from travel anxiety but this cured me. I ate the entire bowl in under ten minutes. It was perfection. I bought stuff to recreate it at home. I got the SPAGHETTATA AGLIO OLIO E PEPERONCINO A MODO NOSTRO but with no peppers. Highly recommend. My friend got the BUCATINI ALL' AMATRICIANA SU CREMA DI PECORINO ROMANO and it was also very good. The cream was subtle but balanced the tomato sauce. The noodles were a great texture. The guanciale was a little much and fatty for us. The staff were so friendly!!
