What a beautiful beach for the family and dog! We are owners of a new puppy and we didn't want to leave him behind for our beach excursions. We wanted to bring him to a beach where we could still enjoy ourselves as well as him. We showed up at the beach at about 3 PM and found street parking. It was a very short walk from the street to the beach (near Somerset Street). We used maps to find the location of the beach and then started to scour the streets nearby for a parking spot. The beach was extremely clean and it's quite large so everybody was well spread out. Dog owners were very respectful and everybody had a good time without negative dog interactions. Just to remember, there are no concessions, showers, or restrooms. So come prepared! read more
