I had plasma fibroblast to my full face and neck. The result is a lot of damage to several areas of my face and neck. I had not only none of the results Mary discussed with me multiple times but everything was worse after the healing. I have been in touch with experts in this treatment and they have all said that it was done terribly wrong and were horrified with the pictures of the day of and days right after the procedure was done. I am having several treatments to try to remedy all of the damage done. My eyelids cannot be repaired without surgery. I have already spent more than the $3000 price tag for this treatment to try to help some areas. I have a lot more to go and a long road ahead. This has been absolutely horrifying and I still cannot believe it. Please be careful and check on the training, certification, experience, etc., of the provider. I believed Mary and I was duped. Mary refused to refund me anything and refused to do anything to try to remedy my damage after I was upset with the horrible results. After this I started speaking to plasma experts and found out that it is a blessing that I didn't end up going back to try to get this fixed. I would have likely ended up with far worse damage and problems. Luckily my bank allowed me to dispute the charges and I was able to obtain a refund that way. After I posted a few negative reviews Mary called the police and tried to have me charged with harassment. Thankfully they did their due diligence and wouldn't even so much as take a report. I have been afraid of her since the incident with the police. I am hopeful that my review will help save others from this horrifying and traumatic experience. Not only has Mary not apologized for this outcome and the damage she has caused, she has attacked me, called the police, and fought the bank refund aggressively.
