This spot is a little closer to us than the usual conveyor belt sushi joint we normally go to so we decided to give them a try. The restaurant itself was very clean & looks nice, there is plenty of seating and their belt seems to go by at a pretty decent pace, so you won't have to sit around waiting forever for the dishes to go by. Aside from what is on the belt they have a menu with a wide range of different items that can be made to order.
We went during a pretty slow time of the day. There were only three other tables when we arrived that had guests at them. Even so all of the dishes we grabbed off of the belt were the appropriate temperatures they should be at. I do wish that they offered a few other tempura-based rolls like a tempura California roll. Pricing wise the prices are pretty good especially if you are on a budget, though if you are trying to stick to a smaller budget, I would order water instead of a soda especially if you do not normally get refills.
The only negative thing about our experience was the staff weren't around much. We had noticed that no gyoza had been added to the belt so we had wanted to order some along with a few menu only items so I tried flagging down our waitress several times but she didn't notice. At the same time there was a couple standing at the register for 8+ minutes waiting for someone to come over so they could pay their bill. Our original waitress didn't end up coming back to our table so when another girl had come over to the table we just opted to get the check instead of ordering what we had planned on getting.
Otherwise as I said, the food was good & the prices were reasonable. It is a clean spot to stop when you are looking for a quick sushi fix. read more
