Celebrating my sister's birthday in Honolulu, Hawaii.. Eating noodles for long life was the lunch goal. Thinking of a restaurant (with free parking) close to my sister's workplace was another deciding factor. I realized that I didn't write a review for Pho Bistro 2 (yet), so this was the place! There are two parking stalls right in front of the building - one regular and one for ADA placards. Residential street parking is also available - along with a small parking lot next to the building. We arrived at opening time - 10:30am - and got a chance to select our seats. The comfortable atmosphere was nicely air-conditioned, clean, and quiet. Service was polite and efficient! I ordered the Combination Tray with rice paper. It was a generous portion of grilled shrimp, BBQ pork, pickled veggies and fresh veggies, sweet sour chili dipping sauce, and a separate container of rice paper. Luckily, I've seen YouTube videos of how to moisten the rice paper, fill it, and wrap it! It was fun to make different combinations! I made about ten rolls, ate half, and took the remainder home for dinner! Delicious! My mom and sister had pho dishes. They enjoyed their lunches! We'll be back again! read more
