I went in early September so it was still nice out and the falls weren't packed with kids since they were back in school. Large parking lot, restrooms, paved walkway to the falls which makes it easier to access for the differently abled. You may need a recreational pass to enter but there was no one at the gate upon my arrival. Nice dirt hiking/biking trails throughout with a map board near the start. I would recommend the falls but not during peak times unless you like crowds and getting pictures with someone else's kids in the falls. read more
