My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Cha's for 10+ years. After our local LensCrafters closed we followed her to her private practice because she's that amazing. Dr. Cha is a great eye doctor that really loves her profession, you can tell. Everyone at her office is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Her office is located in Glastonbury in a professional plaza. Inside her office is state of the art eye care equipment, from computer software to examination equipment and a large variety of eyewear. There's definitely something for everyone. The office is very clean. There's also a Keurig station while you wait/browse. The artwork on the walls is aesthetically pleasing. Modern, clean decor. The person that does pictures of your eyes is super nice. She explains everything as you go. I used to hate the old school pressure exam where they used to shoot a puff of air onto your eyeball but her equipment is so state of the art that it just feels like butterflies fluttering on your lashes for that portion of the exam. There's absolutely nothing scary that you'll anticipate here. The person that fits you for your eyewear is very knowledgeable and friendly. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need or want.
