I found out about Off Leash K9 while sitting in the emergency vets office, googling trainers after my 5 month old lab/ shepherd puppy broke out of her crate and ate a bottle of medication. I read some reviews and decided to give them a call. From the first conversation, they gave me hope! A few weeks later I got a call from Ashley that she would be our puppy Saylor's trainer. We talked for over 20 minutes and went over every single concern that I had. Ashley talked about her K9 law enforcement background and I instantly knew she would change our lives. I knew she had what it would take to get our wild girl under control. From the minute we dropped our dog off until we picked her up, there was constant communication. Ashley taught our puppy Saylor so much in just two weeks. Every update she provided was a shock to us. She talked about Saylors triggers and what they worked on that day and how our girl was amazing. Included every day was a picture and most days a video. Ashley took her on field trips to different stores where they practiced her skills. We watched her transform into a well behaved, obedient, and confident dog. When it came time for me to pick Saylor up, Ashley spent hours going over every command with me and using the e collar. She made sure I was comfortable with everything before we left and reminded me multiple times that she was always here to help. We could call or text her with any questions. I have since communicated with Ashley on a somewhat regular basis. I send her pictures and videos and ask questions. We have continued working with Saylor and most recently she started taking commands from my 3 year old daughter. I can't thank Ashley and Off Leash K9 enough for what they did with Saylor.
