I ordered the pitmaster special. I was served roast and not brisket. Roast is not on their menu. So I should not have been served it. The two cuts of meat are vastly different. Roast comes from the shoulder, While brisket is the chest. The roast is a much cheaper, tougher, stringier cut. An award winning pitmaster knows it is wrong. The roast is often referred to as the poor man's brisket. So happy birthday to me. read more
