Ooh these fish dumplings are pretty unique! It's a lot softer than fish paste, there's no fishiness in the taste at all, and one of the best parts is how chewy and soft the dumpling skins are. If you're looking for a different kind of dumpling, get this one to try! I quite enjoyed it, but wouldn't crave it all the time. Also tried the pan fried lamb dumplings. The dumplings are so crispy and pretty juicy, but because of the opening, the juices escape into the tray instead. I normally enjoy lamb but I thought these were too gamey as dumplings for me, but my partner thoroughly enjoyed.
